MAKING A PURCHASE
Our easy to use search engine and navigation tools will make it very easy for you to select your purchases.
Payment is taken for the whole of your purchase at time of ordering. Should we need to order your beads in especially we will endeavour to have them delivered within 7 working days, however, sometimes due to circumstances beyond out control we would ask that you allow up to the maximum of 28 days.
Back orders have priority shipping should this situation arise.
We accept all payment types including Maestro, Solo, Visa and Mastercard on our secure online server, or you have the option to use PayPal, which is a free online payment service.
Orders can also be made over the phone.
We use the Royal Mail !st Class option for all our post unless you specifically ask us for an alternative. Postage and Packagibg is charged at £2.00 (£4.50 European Rates)
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Under UK Law, you have the right to cancel your contract of purchase within 7 working days of delivery. We would ask that you return your goods to us with a civering letter, and we will refund or offer an exchange on your goods. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting.
We recommend using recorded delivery, and unless the goods are faulty the cost of returning the goods to ourselves is met by the returning customer
Refunds willl be made on all items returned within 30 days on faulty goods, after this date we will arrange a credit note.
We aim to send your goods out within 3 working days. However if we need to order in from the USA this may take longer.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We do not hold any credit card details. We have no documented cases of credit card fraud usig our shopping system. All card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using the standard SSL encryption in conjunction with PayPal.
Your name and address are kept on out files, and treated with due diligence under the Data Security Laws (UK)

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and your complaint will be dealt with personally, with you being kept informed on how we are proceeding.
You can contact us after 6.00pm by phone or by email. As we work from a home office please leave a message if nobody answers your call. You can view our goods by making an appointment in the same manner.
